The kids had just been dropped off by their taxi and the driver stopped to chat, as I was trying to get the dogs onto the grass verge, when Storm put her head down and backed out her canny collar. She is really hopeless at recall( she refuses to come to get her lead on in the house until she is good and ready) So we did a couple of laps of the taxi and she wandered off to sniff. I yelled very loudly for the kids to come and help before she got onto the main road and when they crouched down and shouted on her she bolted flat out into their open arms.
