Storm's First Trip To The Seaside

Being a bank holiday, we braved the cold to give the dogs a walk down my favourite beach from my childhood - Huttoft in Lincolnshire. Sunny day, but don't be fooled - it was cold!!!

Looks like they had a fantastic time.

Wish we lived near the beach.

Instead we're at the furthest point away from the coast. . . Sigh. :(

 We live in Rugby, which I've heard said is the place furthest from any coast in the UK.

Ha ha.. Typical Britain , I love how you see the sun, blue sky an dogs having a ball in the first few pics splashing about in the water.. Camera turns to people an they're wrapped up against the biting wind as if on a North Pole trek lol

 I remember the North Sea coast being cold enough in mid-Summer, even as a child. This time of year, it is bitter, especially when the sun disappears. B)
