I have (after 36 years of smoking) stopped on the 14th of march....with the aid of medications and help it is working. I have been in a rotten mood for a while and when I say rotten I mean rotten...I could have got my self banned with some of the replies I had typed and then quickly deleted..so that is when I decided just check in and vote and then leave it alone. today is the first day I am not in a bad BAD mood LOL...
