HuskyMom09
I built my own since I wanted large runs attached to a play yard. My kennel's are 25' x 10' with welded wire grid buried underneath and topping the kennels for added security. Ground cover is pea gravel 2-3 inches deep. We got all the supplies (excluding the welded wire) from a fencing company, high grade chain link and galvanized posts cemented into the ground. HuskyMom09
This has been great when we are at work the dogs can still enjoy being outside and having room to move around and get some sort of exercise in. These all attach to our fenced yard so it's an easy open the kennels into the play yard.

Keeonah
can you show me more pics of the shed etc and what you using for a base? i hear you need to raise the sleeping area too Here you are Chris, as requested, a few more pics of what I've done. It's not finished yet as I'm short of money at the moment but it's getting there. The floor is concrete. The rest is wood, made up mostly from bits and pieces laying around and rescued from skips etc.
Mia-Blue
We have something similar to Gary, although not quite so big as ours is for two dogs, it is made up of a 3 1/2 metre by 1 1/2 metre run which is attached to the side of our concrete outbuilding, which has a bob hole cut out so the dogs can go inside to sleep. Its ideal for the dogs to sleep in overnight and gives them some freedom during the day rather than being kept in a crate whilst we are at work. Mia joins us in the house when we are home, but the lurcher remains in the run unless it is time for a walk or to work rabbits!
