GHOST R1D3R
Hi all, Im looking for a new to me motorbike but i need some suggestions please. Im after a bike thats cheap to run, fast on the motorway but i only have £500-700 to spend. Started a new job but its 35 miles away so im doing 90 mins of traveling a day and using my TT GSXR 750 is costing way too much.

Val (Zebedee)
I ride a Kawa ER6f, nippy little thing & I get around 150 miles on a tank (last time I rode it pre-winter, I think it was still under £15 to fill the tank) which got me up & down the M6 daily to work with a smile on my face! lol Oh, and thanks for the tag Andy We're on a few bike forums but the best one I can recommend for sales, reviews, questions etc is BCF (Bike Chat Forum)
Elyse
I just ride an old 1967 Yamaha YR1. Definitely not comfortable - but it certainly turns heads! My brother rides a 2007 Yamaha R6 - he only uses it on the track, tho. If you are going to travel long distances with it, I would recommend getting a touring or a sport/touring bike. I heard they're more comfortable..
goingsolo
Have you looked at scooters? That how Rob started when he went back to bikes (unlike now though the wing is a joy)
