Tony, I'm with Lee on this, though keeping "who gets what" straight is going to have an impact on it.  While my two are pretty laid back, when it comes to walk time all that energy they've been saving up comes out, so someone who thinks they're easy might be in for a surprise.

Too, though, I think pricing is going to have to consider what you consider "basic" services. If three play session / walks as day are part of your package then I'd probably not opt for the extra.  If It's one walk of (???) duration and one play session then I'd probably opt for at least one extra. Maybe what I'm saying is to leave the option for options open to the clients/dogs needs and desires.

And yeh, as the others have said, don't advert services you can't / won't provide.

Did you, by chance, look at the information sheet that j-Canine asks of their clients.  Personally, I couldn't recommend a better place to fashion myself after.  They want safe, healthy clientele (er, dogs) and employees. Since I know that Sasha can bite when she's stressed that is something that I'd be sure to note, even though she's real laid back when she comfortable.  No one likes surprises that come in the form of teeth, eh?

Thanks Al, the Habbit section is very useful, all the other info is being collected. But some nice extras there for us, many thanks.
