I have been taking 1000mg of Krill oil a day and I can say with out a doubt that this has made a big difference for me. I am not one to put much faith in supplements but I am big on this now. I ran out of capsules a few months ago, money was a bit tight so I didn't bother buying any more. Sure enough the back started to degenerate, I put it down to a variety of factors but when I saw the pills on sale I purchased 3 months worth. Sure enough the pain has gone from a 7 out of 10 to around a 2! All back pains are different and mine stems from my spine and too many years playing footy, the chiro said it looked like I had been in a car crash.
