loops Posted May 14, 2013 Report Share Posted May 14, 2013 when i was walking the doofs a few weeks ago, a bloke who runs a film and photo studio stopped to admire the doofs and ask if i would be interested in him doing a photo shoot with them. Well today was the day.I got there for 12:00, We walked the couple of miles to the studio. We hung around while make up and lighting was being sorted, Omg being a model must be soooooooooooooooo boring with all that hanging around i took the doofs out again cos boy dog was getting impatient, when i got back there was a buffet lunch with wine, get in! so i troughed french stick with cheese and chorizo and doritos with hummus. With makeup done the models appeared with icy blue make up, they were put in a clear perspex box,as if they were trapped. An ice sculptor had made two foot high vertical icicles to surround the box and photographing commenced.. They never used the doofs for that take tho which disappointed me, cos it would have been a really good shot of the models, doofs and icicles. Then out came a warrior type god in leather and skins, which was ok until boy dog was trying to get the furry skin thing around his cape lol. Doofs had rope around their necks instead of leads and sat next to him. the photographer wanted them to jump around (which they are masters at) but would they? never work with children and animals lol. loads of shots and slow mo vid then we were done. we came out at half six. The pictures will be in an exhibition which Ben is going to contact me about. He is also going to do a personal photo shoot with me and the doofs so am really looking forward to some nicely posed professional shots.. All in all a brilliant day, but boring, there is no glamour in being a model, i'll stick to driving a fork lift truck.
