I thought he was the exception as he always stayed close and came when I called but then his prey drive started to kick in and I could see he was debating whether to come back or investigate. I simply just couldn't take the risk of losing him so I got extendable lead. 9 times out if ten he would be fine but I won't take that chance. I think it's up to the owner whether they feel comfortable with it, I don't hesitate to let Pip off lead as I trust her to always come back, but the huskies are enclosed area off leaders lol Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
