As an employee of a UK company, I do know you guys have such thing, was it every last Monday of the month? However, I have no idea why and I especially had no idea that you're doing family dinners and stuff. Remembered it as they were down Hastings (fairly local) and the host announced to her guests that she'd had a rendezvous with Russell Brand like it was an achievement.
