lebe03 Posted June 15, 2013 Report Share Posted June 15, 2013 People like this are a blight on society and should be treated as such with compulsory prison sentence and not in the cushy prisons we have now but those we had in victorian times. If they want any luxuries they should be forced to work for them or else they just get the bare minimum no TV, entertainment, sport just 4 walls and fellow scum for company. Easiest and cheapest way to rehabilitate criminals is to make it not worth their while to commit an offence in the first place.
