Sarah
IF MY BODY WERE A CAR... If my body were a car, this is the time I would be thinking about trading it in for a newer model. I've got bumps and dents and scratches in my finish and my paint job is getting a little dull ... But that's not the worst of it. My headlights are out of focus and it's especially hard to see things up close. My traction is not as graceful as it once was. I slip and slide and skid and bump into things even in the best of weather. My whitewalls are stained with varicose veins. It takes me hours to reach my maximum speed.. My fuel rate burns inefficiently. But here's the worst of it -- Almost every time I sneeze, cough or laugh..... either my radiator leaks or my exhaust backfires
Chewbacca_&_me
LOL!!! How funny! Its so true...I feel like this sometimes. Although, I will say that the better "built" the car is usually better these days as the "slim and sleek" models in both the car and human worlds are usually not in the best or safest shape overall. So long as you dont weigh 500 pounds and you have good hygene, Id say us thicker folks are rather comparable to a 1966 mustang....we have more meat on us and are less likely to suffer a truly devistating injury...just as the 66 mustangs were built with heavier more durable metals and materials...and so if taking damage it will be likely more minimal than say the other "2006 camry" that cam at it head on. Lets face it our Human "sleek and slender" models got no meat and like the camry they are likely to suffer more damage...hehehehe. As for the dents, dings, and paint scuffs, hey perfection aint everything...a 66 mustang is still full of character and inspires the imagination (even with its weathering)...and does it alot better than a "new just off the lot" camry ever could!
