Andy Posted June 29, 2013 Report Share Posted June 29, 2013 That's the trouble to eat that amount to put weight on can be really hard so the shakes will help a lot. also do eat burgers etc just don't fancy one every day plus I cannot afford to do that lol Also if you eat burgers everyday, you'll end up with BAD indigestion.
