jarn Posted June 28, 2013 Report Share Posted June 28, 2013 One of my coworkers gave me a toy for Neb today - I couldn't get a picture of him still with it: This weekend is Canada Day (Monday), so three days off. Saturday I am going to do my 4 hour long run up in Algonquin Provincial Park, which is a huge wilderness area north of Toronto, and then camping at another provincial park, before going to visit my musher friend on Sunday... ...and canicrossing with one of her dogs! I'm so excited, I'm going to try to take video with the Go Pro. Since Neb will not reliably run out front (but quite happily trot behind), he's not quite canicross material. Maybe one day, though DH doubts it. Anyways, the Bristol Dryland Championships are in October, and I would love to compete in the canicross, so she is going to lend me a dog! So I am going to go to her place a few times to run with her dogs and get them used to me (there are a few possible dogs, I'm only running with one, but I don't know which one yet - one of her females).
