I studied in Bakersfield and lived with my host family there also they're very very nice my host family has three dogs. A female blue nose Pitbull and two male Chihuahuas. I came disliking little dogs, but I came home loving them these little guys are so much fun! Meet Louie (winking) and Buster Here's Buster again. Now say hello to my favorite girl: Dipstick! She's 8 months old but she doesn't look it... she's petite. I thought she was 4 months old! She lost her baby tooth while playing with me one day... Totally freaked me out :wacko: I didn't expect such amount of blood.. And these are pics from my L.A city tour. Not a big basketball fan so never heard of Staples Center, but apparently that is where the L.A Lakers play Not a city tour if we didn't visit Beverly Hills well, at least take a picture on the famous sign... We also visited Hollywood, but I got too busy shopping I forgot to take pictures anyways, this is the entrance sign to The Avila Adobe (don't ask how to pronounce that) in Olvera Street, a huge street where Mexican culture flourishes. Apparently they hold an annual Cinco de Mayo celebration in this street... which I suspect is some kind of a loud carnival where people dance and dress funny x) more pictures to follow! somehow every upload fails now will need to refresh the page and try again.. I don't know what's it called in America but in Indonesia we call this path for crossing pedestrians "the zebra cross". Zebra, because it's usually white stripes on top of a black road! But oh well California is a colorful state x) Days later we went to Anaheim to visit Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. The firework show is totally amazing. Every blast matches the song! This picture is taken just a few minutes before they start lighting up the sky And then of course we visit Universal Studios. Minions rule! I am totally in love with Despicable Me Despicable Me 2 doesn't have a really good plot, but it's still hilarious and fun to watch This Megatron actually talks, acts and walks like the one in the movie. Although not as big, it quite entertained a number of visitors. I got a picture of me with Megatron, but not in my phone... The scenery from the bus' window in my trip from L.A to Bakersfield, after visiting Universal Bakersfield wildlife!
