I asked a couple of friends if they fancied getting up EARLY & coming up the lake with me. Only Deb & my lad Karl agreed Got up at 5am to go to Llyn Geirionydd. Nice and cool at that time of morning. Got there at 6.30am, 14C, left at 8.45am 22C. Dogs had a great time paddling and swimming. Some a bit out of focus because Deb couldn't use my phone properly Dogs: mine - Mishka, Kira, Deiffen & Tango (Huskies & Border Collies) & Deb's - Westi 'Doodles', Tibetan Terrier 'Jakey' & Cavapoo 'Minnie' This One shows how clear the water was Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I decided to take them all in, one at a time, on lead, then let them swim out. I then carried them in later & again, let them swim out. Great way for the dogs to have fun before the heat hit, great photos Believe it or not, when I first put my feet in it was cool, when I waded out further it was quite warm Almost got me nads wet so it couldn't have been that cold Val Yeah, brilliant for them to keep cool & to cap it, the girls are blowing their coats so the water helped a lot of it come out while we were there Brushed them when I got home as well Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
