I decided to put this here so I can share it with you all.

Last night I had my first weigh in at slimming world, I lost 2lbs.

Not a massive loss but not bad for my first week especially when I had a few slip ups.

I have 8 1/2 more lbs to loose before I hit my first target weight of 10stone 10lbs.

Then I will set a new target, hoping to get down to at least 10stone if not less.

i think.it was more that i found my motivation and determination. :)

 

That is more important than a shopping list of the "right food" you have to be in the right frame of mind & you can achieve anything if you start off with motivation & determination - well done you, keep up the good work

i do get good ideas sometimes lol

it gives me the excitement to rush here tuesdays and tell you all how ive done.
