Stormy Posted July 19, 2013 Report Share Posted July 19, 2013 Thought I would share some good news. Had our area manager in today regarding a complaint that is now dealt with. Anyway we had a chat and he has told me I have a great reputation and I am highly respected in the company and we spoke about progression. He has said next step is deputy manager although there may be a posibilty to jump straight to store manager but we will see. But from what he has said now I will be looking at going for deputy manager assessment in September and aim to be a store manager within 18 months maximum so I am pleased about that Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
