I've Joined The Gym!

I've never been a gym member before as I benefit from a high metabolism but from my recent cycling trips I have noticed how incredibly unfit I am. So I joined a gym and I'm going to go three nights a week to start with, for an hour or so and then slowly increase it from there.

 

I can't wait to get started... Oh and I also quit smoking... again lol

Went for my first workout this evening. Spent just over an hour on mostly cardio, running, cycling, rising etc. Then spent around 15 minutes in the weights room... Feeling pretty good to be fair, back again on Thursday
