Stormy
I have just found out i have had the mortgage approved in principle. Howver it is on a higher share as the 25 share was to low for the lender. So i now have to speak to the housing association and see if they will let me buy a higher share of the property (40 percent is the share i have been approved on) If they let me do this it will be a go ahead

Jay
Wow that is cheap! Doing the currency conversion, the last apartment I rented equaled £800 per month, and with the mortgage I now pay £550 per month! It was much cheaper, although I did not count on replacing the appliances, water heater, furnace repair, etc!
