adams901
Hi all, Mishka had her first 2 chicken wings last night and to say she enjoyed them is an understatement. She now thinks she is going to get one everytime I go to the fridge. How many per day is recommended? She has arden grange kibble for breakfast and dinner, can chicken wings replace her dinner? They have helped firm up her toilet as well as she has had an intermittent case of the squirts over the last few days. Thanks in advance. MarKFSmith
We do something similar with our two - Eden Valley and a little frozen fish in the morning and chicken wings/thighs (whatever we can find) in the evening (no kibble). The research we did suggest around 2-3% of bodyweight for raw feeding - however, as we are substituting only 1/2 the food this is about 1-1.5% for the evening meal. For ours this is normally about 3 chicken wings or 2 thighs (plus they get a few treats during the day). As has been said the chicken gives nice solid poop!
