Stormy Posted August 16, 2013 Report Share Posted August 16, 2013 Got the phone call today to say they have accepted my offer of buying 40 percent of the house (as the calculator said i could buy 48 percent i had to prove i could only afford 40 percent mortgage which my financial advisor sorted for me) So i am meeting at the house on Monday (yay get another look lol) and putting my reservation fee down then its just all the paperwork etc !!!
