Dave
Okay so I have bought 21 swarovski crystal bracelets that are going around the neck of a me 2 u bear for each of my niece's birthdays up to her 21st. Each one is unique with her name, age and a different charm to represent each birthday. I loved this idea as she would then have keepsakes from each birthday to remember... however... now my sister has had a little boy and I need something similar but something he will still want to be receiving when he is 14/15 etc. I'm really struggling to think of something so I come to you... any ideas? stormchaser09
what about a vintage toy car that will increase in value over the years. Or childrens bonds.
Elyse
My Dad bought me a few shares in Disney when I was born. I could sell them now but...meh. Bad economy and all that.

Osinn11
Maybe something like a Japanese Puzzle Box. Each year (the week of his B-day) you can sneak something in it for him to find. May not be that exciting when he's real young but will be pretty cool as he gets older. My father has a real complex one that he keeps his rare coins in. I hope to inherit it someday! http://www.puzzleboxworld.com/
