Like when this forum was giving me some very helpful advice to help me decide to get a husky, what to look for and where to get a pup from. Thanks by the way! In April we met our Siberian husky and waited five long weeks until he could come home with us. He is called Thor and is now six months old. He is awesome! Me and my boyfriend bought a house in January and I couldn't wait to get a husky. We have a Samoyed, she's 13, she was my dads dog but I had to steal her when I moved out. So more about Thor, I read up so much about the breed before getting him, and we definitely picked the right dog, I'm amazed how intelligent and brilliant he is. We have been attending puppy training classes to get him socialised and well behaved. Now to look for some meets near me and pick some brains for more knowledge on the breed. Think we are going to leave the Samoyed at home and gauge how quick everyone likes to walk first.
