Poddy_87 Posted October 3, 2013 Report Share Posted October 3, 2013 Hi guys, I've been using the site for a while getting information but never registered until today. I currently have 2 huskies. Diesel 16months and Sasha 14months. Diesel is a handful when walking and Sasha is starting to do the same although at the moment she has very little strength behind her. On Diesel I currently use an anti pull head harness but don't like how this pulls up under his eyes. Sasha is no issue at the moment so just want to make things easier in the future. I have diesel from he was 8 weeks and Sasha from she was 12 months. Val (Zebedee) Posted October 7, 2013 Report Share Posted October 7, 2013 Hiya Padraic, welcome to Husky Owners. They are 2 beautiful dogs you have there. I walk mine on a walking belt as they like to pull, my other half walks the youngest husky ( 2.5 yr old) on his own as he still needs some correction but I personally have never used anything other than a harness. I have, however heard great things about WYDWL (walk your dog with love) harnesses so maybe look for non-pull front lead harenesses instead of head collars.
