Michelle Sopi
The twins don't bark at all apart from in their sleep where the can manage an 'uff' not a woof, Taiya talks all the time and vitually screams when she is excited but brother Leon can speak but chooses not to most of the time and when he does he is an awesome baritone, however, ollie our none husky is the one who howls a beautiful pure note which could quite possibly win the x-factor gotta be heard to be believed !!! RJS
Kodiak is a full Mal who doesn't stop woo-ing when he meets people. He's big, so his voice can be a bit loud at times!!! Kala, who is a Huskamute has started to woo, but it's really deep... She's only 4 months old. Both don't bark. Kodi tries to every now and them, but it sounds pathetic!!!! BlueWolf
Glala and Dana never really whoo'd or barked. It was nice and quiet... and then we got Wodak who simply talks everyone's head off. Even with random stranger out on the street he likes to have a nice chat with
Tatipu
Jelly only woos when I'm home and she's happy to see me. She'll occasionally woo when we have a play date with other huskies but highly unlikely. Usually it's barking . My friend's husky doesn't bark or woo though even though he looks like he's trying... nothing comes out LOL.
Austinville
Ryn didn't bark at all and seldom woo'd until we rescued Tunes. (Tunes doesn't woo OR bark - she SCREAMS! -- seriously, it sounds like a fire engine!) Now Ryn woo's all the time (more often than not to tell Tunes to shut up!) Beenz&Carlos
One way to get her sounding off is to play one of the many videos here where people have their talking dogs. You can at least see what her reaction is to hearing other Husky's howl - - - 'course, you may get more than you bargained for, once she finds her voice, she may never shut up ( I'm told that's a female thing anyway, no?? ) You're a braver man than me, all started with the bloody women's vote if you ask me! Clare70
Mine didn't make any sound when we first got him at 18 months old. Once settled though he started wooing. He whines like a baby when we are about to go out, barks when he's playing and woos when he wants something. Oh and when I'm on the phone he's at his worst, he's seeking my attention. I haven't heard him do a full on howl yet though, he's now 21 months!
