I've never really had a "sweet tooth"

I guess I'll have to find other ways to get the dopamine working :P

Exercise releases dopamine. Doesn't have to be intense, either...just a quick walk around the block works wonders for me.

And, also, you don't need to have a sweet tooth to get problems from sugar, as its hidden everywhere...even in things that don't taste sweet. Its there.

Yeah, I'm quickly learning what has and how much sugar is in all kinds of foods

as I'm trying to keep my Diabetes balanced :)
