robke Posted January 30, 2014 Report Share Posted January 30, 2014 I hear you Lee...but what I do not understand is that tracking is not that difficult to produce they can even tell you where your parcel is from the time it is scanned into where ever it is as it gets scanned everywhere (this replaced the manual counting of parcel arriving into depots) and that system is linked to the mainframe.... so tracking that royal mail gives is indeed rubbish...
