Stormy Posted March 14, 2014 Report Share Posted March 14, 2014 Sooo.... From a previous thread I said my phone stopped working anyway sent it off to HTC for repair and its under warranty. Had an email saying they believe the damage is caused by myself and have sent me a quote of 89 to repair it!! If I don't want this I have to pay 26 to get it back un repaired. Or I can choose them to dispose it!!! I have abs no money stall and I mean nothing so I dunno what todo So annoyed! To top it all off my laptop also decided to break this week! So I'm using an old iPhone just for the wireless currently as cant put my sim in as its a micro sim and don't have an adapter to put it into normal size sims Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Telling me they want a picture of the phone when it left I said I don't have one then described it they came back with damage was not caused by warehouse and to get a picture like advised! Mine was through T mobile and they were pretty good and even gave me a basic phone to get me through whilst it was away.
