Danitom
I don't even know what color to put on my puppies papers. The breeder said he was red and white but didn't fill it in and he has lightened up considerably. He is more of a chocolate color but from what I have read, he may still fall into the red and white coloring. Any opinions??!?! Danitom
By the way, his name is Essix he is almost four months old and weighs 28.6 pounds!!! BIG BOY Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Sora
He looks like a red/white to me. My male was a blondie at about that age and has darkened up as he's gotten older...huskies coats change colors quite a bit as they grow.... This is him at 15 weeks: And him at 5 months: And him at 7 months:

Mobezilla
No matter how dark or light he gets, as long as he has a liver nose he would still be considered 'red' as there is no chocolate, liver, etc. All shades of red are considered red. ^.-
mydiamond
I agree with Megan. No matter how light or dark, he's still a red.

jmscott
· Hidden Hidden Looks like a red and white woolly...almost a EC (particular breeder) dog with those markings. As Megan stated. If the nose leather and eye rims are liver, the dog is a red and white. This is my red and white bitch. Link to comment

jmscott
· Hidden Hidden Wait, the breeder is making YOU fill out the reg papers?!? Link to comment
Danitom
Not all of the information. That was the only part she was SUPPOSED to fill in that she didnt. I think it was just overlooked.
jmscott
· Hidden Hidden :/ May just be me. All my pups would be registered by me and have that done long before they went to homes. Link to comment
HuskyMom09
· Hidden Hidden I'd completely agree red/white. Like my Enya as a puppy- And today- Link to comment
Danitom
Maybe its more like transfer of ownership? The information with the parents is printed on the form from the AKC and the breeder had to sign it and fill in color and I fill in what I named him, my name and contact information. Sora
yeah that's right we've registered 2 dogs, and I think you can even go online with the # on the registration paper and do it all online if you wanted to too. and keep the paper signed by the breeder for your records as well. The litter is already registered by the breeder you just have to name the dog and yes its like a transfer of ownership sort of!
