No - i had to hold Koda back whilst the stupid ambled past going "Charlie come on" She got to me and said oh are you holding him back - my reply was yes because i thought you'd want your dog to live!!!! The dog sniffed Kaiser but i didn't hold Kimba and him back, just Koda as he wasn't on my walking belt - if she can't control her dog that's her problem but mine were on leads - she didn't even have a lead with her!
