Removed #5 Posted May 13, 2014 Report Share Posted May 13, 2014 This was in some Spanish culture (signs in the vid) ... but here in the states, it'd take about 15 minutes for the police to show up and then someone would be cited - not sure what for (endangering a minor tops the list) but , while I was laughing my ... off, our police would have no sense of humour!
