Well she came home about 6pm and the vet was right 2 injections a day and a diet change, she as got to go back every day this week for blood sugars to be done as they are still high at 22.5. hopefully now she as had 3 injections when she goes back later it will have come down a lot more will keep you all updated Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Dunc Posted June 23, 2014 Report Share Posted June 23, 2014 Saskia vet update: Just got back and the vet is very happy with her she as lost nearly a kilo in weight and her sugar levels are down to 14.6 which is better than he expected in such a short time. She will never get down to the normal 5-8 level but under 15 in 3 weeks is very good As some might already know Saskia as arthritis and he as said she needs to be on metacam now as well, she has had it before and does very well off it but now its gotta be all the time.
