justin82 Posted August 21, 2014 Report Share Posted August 21, 2014 hey guys I have recently viewed a 3 week husky girl that I'm considering buying, she is pretty much all black except her feet and chin and tip of tail and i wondered if anyone else has seen similar huskies? i wasnt sure the chances of her staying the colouring she was or was likely to change alot over the next few months? wesburwj Posted August 21, 2014 Report Share Posted August 21, 2014 My Hannah was pure black until 4 weeks, then she started to show the grey and white undercoat. Now (at 5 months) she is silver on both sides but black on the back and continues lightening up. So there is a decent chance the puppy will lighten up. I think more important to the colour is to make sure sire, dam and breeder tick all the boxes. I'd love to see some pics and I hope everything works out.
