qweasd
I got a wasp nest at the bottom of my drive and everything I've tried to kill it as failed I have used http://www.amazon.co.uk/Wasp-Hornet-Killer-14-oz-Aerosol/dp/B008ORWT28 in the past to destroy a large nest. You can use it from a distance so it is a bit safer.

kchesney8
This was in our tree last year. I had never seen one that big in real life before.
DamirNYK
If you think wasps nest is bad, you should see a hornets nest Only way to get rid of it is to burn it, and you have to do it at night and be very careful or you're screwed. NOBELHOWLUC49
Wasps are very good at keeping insect populations down.... just not in my back yard please.... P.s they are also great entertainment at BBQ's...unless your are a participant. or allergic to them..ok they have not really got any plus points. We had a nest in the back garden, in a hole in the ground. I was kid and being the type of kid that just could not leave things alone I decided to prod it with a stick. I learnt how to run very very fast... whilst screaming there going to kill me, my mum thought I was being murdered.. Sorry mum.
Jay
eeeeek! Only thing worse would be a nest of spiders
NOBELHOWLUC49
I agree one hundred per cent.. . Although I have spider called Harold who lives in the corner of my kitchen by the window. He is allowed to live there as my theory is he will stop other spiders coming in,...better the devil you know.....
