Rainbow Lorikeet And Sasha?

I said the same thing I love how Sasha looks after him she may get crabby with him some times but she loves him.

I really hope it works out I've always wanted a bird but if it's going to affect my lot I can't do it to them. I said that to the people that asked me to take him. I said all I can do is try if my lot don't agree then they will need to find some one else I'll feel bad for Charlie if that happens but I love my animals to much for someone to go and dob them in if something happens to Charlie although I do take every precaution I can there is the of chance that they will hurt him

Well I'm not sure how Charlie is going to do here all of the animals are stalking him even Missy and she lived with a 50 something racing pigeons for 8 years. I don't know if I want to risk it any longer I don't want them to hurt him or kill him but I don't know anyone who can take him either what do I do :(

Over here there is a specialist bird bird shop that will take such birds in. I wonder if it is worth calling up a few shops and ask them if they will take him or have any advice - they may know of someone. You could also ask at you vet, they may have a notice board or know of someone.

Oh I know it is heartbreaking, I had to do the same with a Sun Conure parrot around 3 years ago as it was just too much for my young daughter and he found a great home. You have done the right thing for your family and I am sure Charlie will be happy in his new home.

I really hope so. I just hope I don't get bad mouthed for it. Charlie was my SILs bird but he bit her kids so MIL ended up with him but that didn't work for some reason. I did what I could I just hope no one turns around and says I didn't even try. He ripped my hand up v when I went to put him on the cage earlier if he did what he did to me to phoenix he would of ended up in hospital :(

Why do I feel so bad :'(

You feel bad because you care deeply about animals  :) You shouldn't feel bad because you tried to give a bird a home that others couldn't cope with. You have made the correct decision for your family and for Charlie.
