Clare70
Since we've lived in France and when we go to a restaurant (not that often these days) when asked how we'd like our steaks we always reply blue. The waiter then usually gives a little snigger and says 'medium' in his inspector Clueso patter. We then say 'NO! we said blue!' He then replies 'but zee English like the bouf mee-di-am' then we reply 'we like it still mooing, so blue it is' It always comes out over done
Emma
Paul likes his medium but I refuse to eat anything still bleeding on account of the fact that I fear it might stand up and walk off my plate, so well done like a big old boot for me please.
