sarahjng
Why does it break your heart ? It's a lovely picture of YOUR dog, and a nice blanket, nothing more, nothing less. Can I ask for a couple of pictures of you and Chula ?

mydiamond
did you guys end up talking it out peacefully, or resort to a lawyer? Either ways, you know she's your dog.
Chula
Not yet. It breaks my heart because she loves him so much. I feel guilty for wanting to keep her. If he stays in the area I would always let him see her or walk her or even share custody.
mydiamond
if it's any consolation, these dogs adjust pretty quickly. Though I do think it'd be easier for Chula to adjust if she doesn't see him for a good while, so she'd know she lives with only one human parent now. Seeing him back and forth would only confuse her IMHO
