goingsolo
A new job has come up at work, it's mainly office based co ordinating training os staff, 5 hrs s week more on same hourly rate (tba that's annoyed me as imo job I have now holds more responsibility). On the pro side I could do less hours at second job on the con wouldnt have contact with pupils. so do I apply? Keeps going round in my head and can't decide. sarahjng
Do you enjoy working with the kids ? is it something you would really miss ? If the answer is yes then maybe think a little longer. If it's no, then go for it !
Marc
Not spending as much time with the students would be an advantage if it were me LOL

Sarah
Job satisfaction is important - if you get satisfaction from seeing the kids learn etc and grow then no imo you dont want to do something that you don't get any joy from x
