I was just reading the local rag and was surprised to fined out that the fine in my area is € 140,- for not cleaning or even having anything with you to clean up your dogs poo... If i see a dog poo on my walk i always panic that the neighbours will think it's us responsible even though i know it's not......can you tell I over think things just a tad? lol.
