sarahjng
This isn't aimed at anyone in particular, but I really wish people would read all the comments before they post and give advice. Twenty people saying the same thing over and over, when it's already been explained it doesn't work is not helpful !
robke
yep I agree...
NOBELHOWLUC49
Easy done sometimes on face book as it hides most the comments and its so easy just to read the first comments and jump in on the end. Its when answers are mis interpreted and used as personal attacks, this is the thing that really bugs. me on face book. Such a quick way to communicate that sometimes I think we are all guilty of the offence of offering advice when as you say the method has been tried, suggested or is not helpful. I suppose the other side is at least people care enough to try and help.
sarahjng
I get that it's mostly to help, I do. But sometimes the comments are just laying on guilt, telling someone they have to do something that doesn't work isn't helpful. It just annoys me when a person is genuinely asking for help. NOBELHOWLUC49
Sounds like my visit to the vet with Noah on Wednesday. Got to see her on Tuesday again . Not helpful, patronising, made me feel guilty and I just wanted to bop her one.

We could spray her with lavender and let him love her to death lol
goingsolo
Agree totally, love fb but sometimes bthe people need a slap (thinking more of another group I have since left!)
NOBELHOWLUC49
I require no love for this woman she does not deserve to be licked kissed or hugged by bear. That is a reward for good behaviour (maybe not the to death bit). I will tag you into the update on Noah.
Marc
I have actually seriously thought about switching off the facebook group for comments and just leaving it as a page for this reason. Can be controlled a lot better just on the forum so we dont have the silly comments and indeed the responses that inevitably go alongside them. Carly
I stopped using Facebook book about fours years ago for this reason as well as a few others, i miss keeping connected with my best mate and sister's photographic goings on but seriously the rest of the shenanigans I do not miss one bit
mydiamond
*sigh* think that's why most folks simply give people a link to our forum when they post a question in our Fb group. Our anti-troll spell doesn't work outside this forum I suppose
Markulous
I love FB! Yeah! Really! As all the {expletive deleted} drama queens are on there and rarely venture into the forums. Haven't had to ban anyone from our photography forums for months and months (aside from spammers) - not bad for more than 12k members
gypsydal
Sometimes I find, especially if a popular thread, on the FB page by the time you've written a reply 3000 other people have commented before it posts. I don't comment very often for that reaason....make you look stupid when it all catches up! LOL And FB peeps are sometimes very rude!! I much prefer to read the forum here than on FB
