Marc
Well. Its that time of year again where I hit that revolving door game called giving up smoking From tomorrow morning I will not be having a cig. Back on patches. I tried this last year and failed miserably at it, hence why I call it the revolving door game. Just gonna come out of it the right side this time

Mazz
I know someone who went to a hypnotist to quit smoking. The hypnotist told her that when she woke up, the next cigarette she smoked would taste like dung. She told me that is exactly what it tasted like. She went on to say, that it took her awhile, but she eventually developed a taste for dung and continued to smoke. Best of luck Marc. Austinville
I quit for two years, then took this position as Editor..........down the tubes. BUT, you can do this! Don't give up. You have my total support. Just because you've failed before, doesn't mean you will this time. And that's no dung!

mydiamond
Quick question. I thought smokers stop gradually as in one less smoke per day because if you immediately go zero you're gonna feel sick

Marc
Not really... its a sticky patch with nicotine in it LOL Basically you start on the highest dose which is about a quarter of the nicotine I would usually have in a day and its released through the skin throughout the day. After 6 week the level is halved, then after another 2 week its halved again, then you come off them altogether
