ch1tt2rb3x
Hi, has anyone else had this? Our puppy has been doing really well with her training, not going to the toilet indoors and if she does only going on her mat. Even going to the door to let us know she needs to go out but suddenly shes relapsed, she wont go to the toilet properly outside and just continually goes in the house...were going abit crazy...any suggestions? ch1tt2rb3x
She goes out at least once every 2hrs during the day but shes been brilliant for ages now, even went 4hrs while we were out the other day with no accidents and just suddenly is refusing to go outside again
Emma
Ice used to be like that in all areas of his training. two steps forwards and then two steps back, was very frustrating. Just keep on with training the basics, taking them out regularly and praising when they do go to the toilet and it does eventually click with them. Another thing worth considering, is she going to the toilet a lot more frequently and is there any blood or is she struggling to pass urine? The reason being, although a long shot sometimes when they start to pee in the house it can be because they've got cystitis or a uti. Of course at 12 weeks old she's still very young and learning the ropes but it's something to keep an eye on and consider, just in case.
