Jase
Cool! One thing I would like to add... Kibble is balanced and raw meat or raw meaty bones aren't when served on their own. So people who want to mix should try and serve the raw component balanced over a week or so. Raw meat is high in phosphorus which can deplete the calcium from the kibble resulting in an unbalanced meal. So in an ideal world the raw component should comprise of 80% muscle meat. 10% edible bone, 5% organ and 5% liver - roughly over a week or so. :-)
SamK
I have been wondering why my dog suffers digestive upsets regularly. I initially thought it was the mixture of kibble and raw, but now I know better. Thanks.
paulb1912
Very confusing.. I feed my Mai dry food and pedigree with Gravy, I want to give her treats like Tripe, Liver etc Whats the best option for her.. Also I heard that bones from chickens etc digest very easily with Huskies rather than the "bones" you get from shops such as pets at home etc.. Is it worth while buying her the raw mince and if so how often would I feed her that?

I don't know if "Mai dry food" is a brand. But I know Pedigree and really don't recommend it for any living animal. Not sure what gravy you are using but again I would be cautious in feeding gravy. I also steer away from bones bought at pet stores, they are generally leg bones and are too hard - they can break teeth. The dried ones in stores can splinter and also cause issues. Sorry if my response seems a bit negative, but good on you for asking questions as you obviously want to do the right thing by your dog
