I ordered something from a well known high street computer/eletrical store 10 days ago. I've heard nothing so phoned tonight to see if it had arrived (none in local store so they were getting it ftom another), the number is a premium number call centre, after 5 mins ofbeing on hold the person who was checking came back to say yes it was instore but as I hadnt left details they couldnt contact me!!!!! I apologised to him before shouting at him as he was the middle man then got in car and shot up there. I went straight for the manager and pointed out that not only were both my numbers clearly visible on the printed document they gave me but I had received a promotional email this week so they obviously have my e mail!! I told her that the store not only owe me an apology but also poor man at call centre who got it from me for lying to him! I did get the apology and reassurance the matter would be dealt with. Rant over
