Carly Posted June 21, 2015 Report Share Posted June 21, 2015 So as not to break forum rules of not advertising for sponsorship, I haven't mentioned this before, but now it's done I thought it would be ok for me to report on my achievement..... So as the title suggests, I completed Race For Life today....I did the 5k and completed it in 40 minutes, half running half walking....I raced in memory of my mum who died of cancer when she was 28 (I was 8) I raced with my sister, my niece and my step mum, the weather held for us and it was a great morning, here's a picture of me at the end.....next year I'm going to do 10k and I'm going to take my girl Skye with me....
