I joined almost a year ago but I didn't keep up with the site... and honestly I forgot all of my info to log in I have three pups now. The oldest is Ghost (my husky) who is 11 mos. We got him almost a year ago and this forum helped us out so much. We almost made the mistake of picking him up too early. He's a great older brother/ guard dog and is fully trained until you put a leash on him... then he turns into Tasmanian Devil. He's the serious one of the group. Extremely protective, extremely loyal, and a real mamas boy. I love him so much (Even though he drives me crazy sometimes!). Next in line is Aurora. Not a husky, just a pup that was being re-homed on craigslist... and I couldn't leave her to be picked up by some dog killer lol (in my imagination that's what happens to craigslist dogs). She's the good one of the bunch, but also the loud one. And last week we adopted an 8 week old black lab/ Rhodesian mix named Raven from the shelter. She was sickly but so sweet, so we scooped her up. Ever since she's gotten better she's been so BAD... but we love her anyways. It's good to be back.
