ripsmomma Posted September 3, 2015 Report Share Posted September 3, 2015 hi guys, im new to the forum so if this in the wrong area I apologise. im looking to get rip a new collar, the one where it is half chain half leather (not too sure what they are called). I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good brand to use. I walk him on a halti head harness as he is a serious puller and this allows me to have more control. but I like to attach it to a collar for extra security. any advice and recommendations would be greatly appreciated TIA Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

michelle12 Posted September 5, 2015 Report Share Posted September 5, 2015 We use a martingale collar when our pup is on his trolley line but a front hook harness for walks to help prevent pulling. I have heard good things about the head halti harness so hopefully that works for you. I wouldn't use the martingale to prevent pulling on walks, I would recommend the front hook harness or halti.
