Emma Posted September 12, 2015 Report Share Posted September 12, 2015 (edited) My eldest son Callum has just finished his level 3 extended BTEC in mechanical engineering (he got distinction, distinction, merit! very proud mum here! ) He's been looking at apprenticeships most of this year (he refused to go to uni, lol) but to date he's not got very far with his applications. last thursday he was one of 4 applicants selected for an interview that day at a place round the road from us. He'd be making scientific equipment using plans and stuff and he seems quite happy about it. he'll find out soon enough if he's got the job or not, so fingers crossed!
