carolinep
How often should you bathe a husky especially during their shedding
BingBlaze n Skyla
Mine get bathed maybe once a year
Emma
I hardly ever bathe mine. Partly because I usually end up getting injured and partly because they simply don't really need it. Bathing too often can strip their coats of the natural oils which isn't good. about once a year for me too.

michelle12
I do bathe him when he is blowing his coat, it seems to help a bit. Other than that, the only other time was when he was skunked and then it was many baths.
Markulous
Ours, never. Into the river, the dam or the garden pool and hose Skye and Luka about to ambush the German, Neeka, for her stick

momofallboys
I also, had this question. I recently had Axel Mcfury groomed and brushed out. (He's a new 3 1/2 year old for us) and j bought some dry shampoo type stuff to put on him to keep him fresh. Anyone use that? BingBlaze n Skyla
Nix @BingBlaze n Skyla uses that if I remember right... Not dry shampoo no , I use a de-tangle spray tho because skyla gets static
BelleBot
Mine only get bathed when they roll in something particularly nasty like manure. Though I had to bathe Fenrir with medicated shampoo when he was ill as he ended up shedding his skin like a lizard, it's was so weird. momofallboys
Interesting! He had a groom this past week. Bath and brush. He liked it, oddly enough. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Emma
I had a deodorising spray that turned my dogs into walking air freshners. I loved it but they were not so keen. Lol

I use Oatmeal and baking soda from Fresh and clean. So far once shedding they will keep themselves more clean and maybe 3 times a year since they are house pets... Sarah
I've used the dry shampoo a few times if they've got a bit smelly - the one i've got pumps out like a foam, it doesn't get muck out as such unless you put a LOT on but helps keep them fresh
